The following constitutes the agreement between Funwithgina.com and you in respect to your use of the service provided by Funwithgina.com. 5. Non-Commercial Use by Members/Viewers:

11. Registration

You may become a member of Funwithgina.com by completing our online registration form, which must be accepted by Funwithgina.com. Upon submission of the online registration form, Funwithgina.com or its authorized agent will process the application. In connection with completing the online registration form, you agree to:
 
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and
